O giver of honour, surely you will now agitate the minds of the proud celestial nymphs who are arrogant with beauty and youth and are skilled in pleasing. ^AI

हे पुत्र, धर्ममा आसक्त, सुदृष्ट भएका पितालाई सम्हाल । हे वत्स, तिमीसँग उनको दर्शन दुर्लभ हुनेछ । ^AI

O son, console your son and give him my message. Having smelled him on the head, you are setting out on a journey. ^AI

हे पुत्र, तिमी छोरालाई सान्त्वना देऊ र मेरो सन्देश पठाऊ । यसलाई शिरमा सुँघेर (चुम्बन गरेर) जाऊ, किनकि तिमी परदेश प्रस्थान गर्दैछौ । ^AI

For a great deed has been done by Rama, who struck down your enemy; and his debt has been repaid by Sugriva's promise. ^AI

रामले तिमीलाई मार्दै (विनाश गर्दै) ठूलो कार्य गरेका छन् । सुग्रीवको प्रतिज्ञाको सम्बन्धमा उनको ऋण पनि तिरिएको छ । ^AI

O Sugriva, be one whose desire is fulfilled; you shall obtain Ruma. Enjoy the kingdom free from anxiety; your brother, your enemy, has been slain. ^AI

हे सुग्रीव, तिमी कामनापूर्ण होऊ, रुमालाई प्राप्त गर्नेछौ । निर्भय भएर राज्य भोग गर; तिम्रो शत्रु भाइ मारिएको छ । ^AI

Why do you not speak to me, who am lamenting thus with affection? O lord of the monkeys, look at these many excellent wives of yours. ^AI

म यसरी प्रेमले विलाप गर्दै छु, तिमी किन मसँग बोल्दैनौ ? हे वानरेश्वर, यी धेरै उत्तम पत्नीहरूलाई हेर । ^AI

Having heard her lamentation, all those female monkeys, taking the wretched Angada, cried out in grief, afflicted with sorrow. ^AI

उनको त्यो विलाप सुनेर वानरीहरू सबैतिरबाट दीन अङ्गदलाई अँगालो हालेर दुःखले आर्त भई कराए । ^AI

O Angada, O hero of mighty arms, why do you abandon us and go now on a long journey? It is not fitting, O dear son, to leave your son, who is endowed with virtues, and depart. ^AI

हे अङ्गदसहित वीर बाहु भएका, किन अङ्गदलाई छोडेर आज दीर्घ प्रवासमा जाँदैछौ ? हे प्रिय पुत्र, गुणले नजिक भएका पुत्रलाई छोडेर यसरी जानु उचित होइन । ^AI

O dear one of lovely form, what unpleasant thing has been done to you by me, O lord, or by your son? O hero, why do you abandon me together with Angada and set out on a long journey from here? ^AI

हे प्रिय, सुन्दर वेष भएका नाथ, मैले वा तिम्रो पुत्रले तिमीलाई के अप्रिय गरेका छौ ? हे वीर, अङ्गदसहित मलाई छोडेर किन यहाँबाट दीर्घ प्रवासमा प्रस्थान गरेका छौ ? ^AI
